Moonlogic and Pogo! Announce Seamless Integration Between First-of-its-kind Music Software and Portable Audio Player

Breakthrough MoodLogic Technology Provides Embedding of Artist Information for PoGo's RipFlash Recordable Digital Audio Players

San Francisco, CA., and Brea, CA., November 18, 2002 - MoodLogic and PoGo! announced today seamless integration between MoodLogic's first-of-its-kind digital music recognition and mixing software and PoGo!'s RipFlash™ line of Recordable Digital Audio Players.

PoGo! RipFlash players feature unique encoding (recording) technology, and, using a line-in connector, allow users to directly create MP3 files from any audio source, such as a portable CD player. The RipFlash player automatically detects gaps between song tracks and creates individual MP3 files for each song.

Users can then connect the RipFlash to a PC and use MoodLogic to upload the MP3 files to their hard disks. MoodLogic uses breakthrough technology to recognize each track based on its audio properties and assign correct artist and song title information.

Using the bundled version of MoodLogic, users can quickly and easily transfer songs and custom mixes to the RipFlash by intuitive drag and drop operation. Users can upgrade to access the MoodLogic service for them to recognize, organize, and mix their entire digital music collections on their PCs.
